• Manage workflow, review projects, and oversee full-time designers as well as contract illustrators and designers.

• Handle concepting for virtual, hybrid and live events including creative development, strategy, structural builds, and selecting kit components.

• Create creative briefs for contract and full-time employees, overseeing the creative implementation of the concept and ensuring all designs meet our client’s brand standards.

• Develop run of shows, consumer journeys, and overall layout for large format projects such as tradeshows, music festivals and sporting events.

• Provide communication between departments, lead presentations for clients, and interview potential new hires.
  

Experiential Graphic Designer + Illustrator
Activate, Inc. | July 2018 to Dec 2019

• Brought a fresh perspective on experiential design to Activate as their first Graphic Designer and set up internal brand guidelines, a website redesign, and master templates for non-designers to utilize.

• For our clients, designed logos, custom graphics, large print files, and packaging designs. Additionally, illustrated photo vignettes and environmental footprints for presentation decks.

• Managed the execution of Facebook’s international holiday gifting program, which entailed designing, kit packing and overseeing the shipment of 30,000 custom designed gifts worldwide.

• Received on-site training working the Anheuser Busch’s Bon & Viv lake pop-up experience and lead their 35+ influencer yacht experience in Chicago for them.
  

Packaging Graphic Designer + New Product Developer
Ubbi World | Aug 2016 to July 2018

• Started at Ubbi World as a Junior Graphic Designer and in under a year was promoted to Graphic Designer overseeing all packaging design and concepting new products with the CEO.

• Oversaw projects of junior graphic designers, gave approval on print ready designs, communicated directly with our Chinese factories for updates, and worked closely with industrial designers to bring new products to life.

• Created of company catalogs for tradeshows, created presentations for buyers at top stores such as Target, and tested sample products and packages for durability, safety and shelf-appeal.
